I think that it's right open a bracket on my last holiday in Scandinavia, actually in Sweden, Finland and Stockholm. I went there last week with my friends and i had the opportunity to explore the cold and handsome landascape that it's peculiar of these countries.
Actually we stayed in Stockholm for only two days, than we move towards Gamla Stan (the island of Stockholm that rappresent the old town) for reaching our boat, which bring us across the Baltic Sea from Stockholm to Helsinki. The Viking Line provides a lot of services like one disco for young people (like me!!), some restaurant "A la carte" or "Buffet", one shop (tax free) and so on.
The name of the boat is Mariella. Sounds good! It was built in 1985, it's 176.9 meter lenght and 28.4 meter width and it has 2500 beds (indeed its capacity is 2500 passengers).
After this round trip, we get on the train Stockholm to Copenhagen. This journey usually costs a little less than getting there by plane but it's a 5 1/2 hour trip. Train tickets are cheaper midweek, and on night trains, while weekends are pricey. Even if we bought the ticket on tuesday, they were very expensive. but the time on the train had passed quickly and the sight from Oresund bridge was amazing!

The Oresund bridge is 15.9 km lenght and connected the two countries of Sweden and Denmark, actually Malmo with Copenhagen. It's the longest cable-stayed bridge of the Europe and it is a combined twin-track railway and dual carriageway nd bridge-tunnel across the Oresund strait.
Finally we stayed in Copenhagen for 3 day and then we came back to Italy after one week around the Scandinavia landes.
The most important point of our holiday are going to be explain in the next post(s).
